If for any reason you are not satisfied with any Zegerid OTC product (42ct and 14ct package sizes) that you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, we’ll gladly provide you with a refund. Please note that because Carlin Consumer Health is not able to control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to Claim the Full Money Back Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call Zegerid OTC Customer Service at 1-888-493-4682. Once the customer service representative verifies your eligibility to claim the Guarantee, you will be provided with details on how to mail in your product image, the original receipt or the physical UPC code of your Zegerid OTC product. The proof of purchase e-mail must be received within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
Carlin Consumer Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the information that you provide with your request for a full refund, to require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny any refund request if Carlin Consumer Health determines that a refund is prohibited by law or a customer has engaged in fraud or is abusing the Guarantee. Money back guarantee will only be issued via digital Visa Prepaid Card.

• Please allow up to two (2) weeks for digital delivery of refund

• Consumer is responsible for e-mailing the information needed to the Carlin Consumer Health
team before a digital reimbursement can be authorized
